How The Directory App Works

The Paperless PTO Directory app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and iPhone app store.  (If searching on the Google Play Store or iPhone App Store, use the keyword “paperlesspto” with no spaces for the app to appear in the results page.) 

Simply install the app on your smart phone. A registration key is required for the app to function and can be purchased with a Kipling PTO membership. If the app is installed, but a registration key is not purchased, the app will not work.

How Do Parents Obtain Their Registration Key

Registration keys are associated with the PTO membership for sale on the Kipling PTO website. Simply add the PTO Membership and School Directory App to the shopping cart and complete your order. Once the order is complete, registration keys are emailed to the primary account email address. It is also displayed in your account under 'My Info' > 'My Directory App' for easy reference and is a seven digit number..  The registration keys can be used on two different devices.

Activate the App

To activate the app, you will be prompted to set up the account.  Press yes, enter the primary email address used to create the account on the Kipling PTO website, your Kipling PTO website password, and one of the two assigned registration keys received via email. If the three items are entered correctly, the app is activated and can be accessed.  

When registering a second device, use your primary login email.  For example, if your KiplingPTO account is under Mom's email address then Dad must use Mom's email address when initially registering the app on his device.
